Eric was hand picked by Shea Homes to open the much anticipated premier community Silver Creek Valley Country Club in 1992. As the original Community Sales Manager he was there from the planning stages for marketing through the sales program for Silver Creek Valley. Eric continued his commitment to Silver Creek and Evergreen through his Eric & Eric Remax partnership representing hundreds of Buyers and Sellers in Silver Creek Valley, Evergreen, San Jose, Willow Glen, Almaden, Los Gatos and beyond.
Eric is the only three time winner of "Sales Person of the Year" awards from the Northern California Building Industry Sales and Marketing Council. He also received top honors annually for sales and customer satisfaction from Remax International and Realty World Northern California.
